These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of octadsagency.com and any services provided by OctAds, operated by Murilo Oliveira Sousa ("OctAds," "we," "us"). By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.
OctAds provides digital marketing services for local service businesses in the United States, including Google Business Profile (GMB) setup, optimization and management, paid advertising management, and related creative and website services. Specific scope and pricing are agreed separately with each client.
Where offered, a free Google Business Profile consultation or audit is provided at our discretion, without obligation on either party to enter into a paid engagement.
Search engine rankings, lead volume, and advertising performance depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to competition, platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and the client's own business operations. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, or revenue outcomes.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback and approvals, and access to accounts (e.g., Google Business Profile, ad accounts) needed to perform the agreed services.
Where paid advertising management is included in a plan, any advertising spend paid directly to the advertising platform (e.g., Meta or Google) is separate from and in addition to OctAds' service fees, and is the client's responsibility.
Fees, billing cadence, and payment terms are defined in the specific proposal or agreement signed with each client. Late or failed payments may result in pause or termination of services.
By submitting your information through our forms, you may opt in to receive calls, text messages, and/or WhatsApp messages from OctAds related to your inquiry and our services. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle this information. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OctAds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where OctAds operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
